I graduated with a bachelor's degree in graphic design (Colombia, 2013) and went to Barcelona, Spain to specialize in Illustration and comic (2014-2015). After that, I've been working to get hands-on experience in the field of both videogame and animation pipelines, always on the look for the next opportunity to learn and grow both as a professional and as a person!

I've been a freelance illustrator for ten years, working remotely as a 2D artist, character designer and illustrator for independent clients and small companies all over the world. Five years ago, I started transitioning into the world of video games by working on indie projects, and I'm now looking for bigger projects. I'm also currently working as an art teacher for a local college!

My main interest is on the visual development of characters and the worlds around them, so my skills focus on character design and concept art. However, I have a vast experience in 2D character art (in all of its stages and a variety of styles), and I also have some knowledge in frame to frame animation, comic making, storyboarding, layout design and even branding due to past projects.

I'm passionate about all forms of storytelling: Animation, videogames, books, comics, etc., and I'm also interested in other forms of artistic expression like handicrafts, singing, voice acting and alternative fashion. Besides art, I'm also fascinated about both human psychology and folklore -subjects I use to inspire my stories-, so I love traveling and meeting new places!
